Yes Noel. Everyone is. Just login to your account on tata sky and go to Order showcase -> movies/specials.

Make sure that the charge is 0.00 when you place the order for a movie. You can see the movie anytime till 12 in the night once you have placed an order. The movie is shown multiple times during the day.
